Stainless Steel Flange Nuts
ViaWay Global supplies stainless steel flange nuts for industrial, marine, construction, machinery, and equipment assembly applications. Designed with an integrated flange base, these nuts help distribute load over a wider bearing surface and can reduce the need for separate washers in many assemblies.
Our flange nuts are available in A2/304, A4/316, 316L, and 18-8 stainless steel, with titanium, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other special materials available for custom requirements. Standard options include DIN 6923, ISO 4161, ASME B18.2.2, and DIN 6926 nylon insert flange nuts, covering serrated, non-serrated, nylon insert, and custom flange designs.
Carbon steel and plated finishes are also available on request for cost-sensitive or general indoor applications.

Applications
Stainless steel flange nuts are commonly used in machinery assembly, equipment frames, control cabinets, construction hardware, marine fittings, outdoor structures, and corrosion-prone industrial environments. The integrated flange base helps distribute clamping force over a wider surface, making them suitable for assemblies where stable load distribution and simplified installation are required.
Serrated flange nuts are suitable for applications exposed to vibration, such as machinery, equipment panels, brackets, and structural assemblies. Non-serrated flange nuts are preferred when the mating surface should not be damaged or when a smoother bearing surface is required.
For humid, outdoor, marine, or chemical environments, A2/304 and A4/316 stainless steel options are recommended. Titanium, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other special materials can be supplied for projects requiring higher corrosion resistance, lower weight, or specific material performance.
Manufacturing & Customization
ViaWay Global supports both standard and custom flange nuts for B2B buyers. Customers can send drawings, samples, standard numbers, material requirements, thread specifications, surface finish requirements, or size lists for quotation.
Custom options include non-standard dimensions, special flange diameters, serrated or non-serrated faces, nylon insert designs, fine threads, left-hand threads, stainless steel passivation, polishing, and project-specific packaging. For stainless steel and special alloy flange nuts, we can support material confirmation, dimensional inspection, thread checking, and documentation according to order requirements.
For demanding environments, custom flange nuts can be produced in 316L, duplex stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and other corrosion-resistant materials upon request.
